Choosing a Guiding Word for the Year is a practice we've been embracing for the past several years at the REALIFE Process®. 

Some years, the word is obvious and comes easily, and other years, it takes some time–either way, to really embrace the exercise, discernment is involved. 

In this week's episode, we'll walk together through the process of choosing your Guiding Word for the Year. This year, the word I've settled on may sound strange, but after walking through the process, I know deep within me that it's my word for 2021!
