As part of the REALIFE Process® Team, Erica serves as a coach for our Facilitator Certification Program as well as the Chief People Officer. She loves using the tool of the Enneagram and wisdom from all 3 Centers of Intelligence to help clients gain deeper self-awareness and grow in relationships with others both personally and professionally.
