046: Is the Enneagram a Foreign Language?

When it comes to the Enneagram, it can feel like being immersed in a foreign language! There are types, subtypes, wings, arrows, Harmony Triads, and several different models! 

On this episode of the podcast, I've invited the REALIFE Process® Team's resident wordsmith, Erica Vinson, to join me as we dive into the language of the Enneagram.  

Together we'll talk through: 

• Terms you may hear as you explore the tool for self-discovery
• Both the psychological and spiritual aspects of the Enneagram
• The power of naming both our authentic gifts and adaptive vices

Although different Enneagram professionals and teachers use a variety of language, often the meaning of the terms is similar. 

The more familiar we become with the terms, the more the words come together to make meaning and harmony to help us access the best parts of our whole self wisdom–head, heart, and gut!
