173: Marketing to Pain Points and Problems

Why is it important to focus on what’s NOT working for your potential customers? In this week’s episode, I’m joined by our Marketing Director, Lindsay Sterchi, as we discuss why speaking to pain points and problems is the best way to connect with people through your marketing.

• Why talking about pain points allows you to meet people right where they are at
• How to present your business as a solution to a problem
• Why only talking about vision and purpose is too vague and out of reach for most people, and what to say instead
• How to develop language that will help your customer connect with your business and services
• How to be authentic AND effective in your marketing messages
  

Your potential clients may not see a path forward, but they CAN feel their pain! This episode will help you speak directly to your customers’ felt needs as you show them that you have the solution to their problem.
