This week, I’m answering a question I get asked often: What are my top tools for getting things done effectively and efficiently? I’m getting really practical in this episode and sharing the tools I use and the purpose they serve in my business.

 

I’ll talk about:

  • How to capture thoughts and to-dos in both written and digital formats, and how these can work together
  • My task management software that helps me keep track of projects and action steps
  • Why we use both Google Drive and Dropbox, and how we decide where to store things
  • A community-building platform that connects our people and is a hub for our resources

 

When it comes to doing work that matters, sometimes we need to step back and establish systems and processes that help us get things done. I hope this episode gives you some tools to help you get organized so you can do your work well.
